There was a white picket fence in the background, except it was in neon and dresses were in solid shades of bright pink, yellow, white, black, and beige. White dresses were transformed by unique cutouts at the chest that proved Cushnie et Ochs were talented in their tailoring and peplums, a modern housewife standby, was amped up in favor of looks that were innocent until they became a little too revealing with sheer blouses.
