LONDON - If you thought Danielle Scutt's Spring/Summer 2012 collection at London Fashion Week was going to be just like the others, think again! The line was pretty much turned on his head, from the designer who typically does feminine womanly pieces. This time, she decided to explore male youth culture. Still, there was something signature about the collection, as if you still knew it was a typical Danielle Scutt line. There was a t-shirt emblazoned with Thug Life, there were baggy jeans, and there were suspenders. There was also tartan patterns and ruffles mixed with button down blouses, themed prints of yellow and black polka dots and glitter. There was netting on a suit. Sort of a juxtaposition between both the stark male and the unrelenting femme. There was a ruffle dress made of RIP Tupac t-shirts. Models had hair in a stiff French braid for an androgynous look. You almost couldn't wrap your head around everything the designer had to offer.
