Aerial Sequence on Tissue or Silks - part of the women's fitness video series by GeoBeats. Hi, I am Rachel and Randy is up on the tissue or silks and he is demonstrating a sequence. He is already 2 foot locks. He is going to stand up. He is going to separate the tissues. So your arms should still be down. Ok. Now slide your arms up. Rotate your arms through; legs should be together. Good, and then bring one arm around the back, other arm across. You are going to arch forward first, arch forward, head back. Now pull them apart keeping your legs together, bring your arms through. Good. OK, we will skip the arch back. Let is go right into straddle back. So, try to do it all in one rather than lifting your legs separate first. OK, straighten your legs, point your toes. OK, can you bring your legs down a little bit more? OK, OK, then we are going to do the Spread Eagle. He is going to reach his hands up, nice and high. Bring your legs up. Good. Go through and hug your leg and reach, thumb up. Other one through, thump up, as high as you can, do not bring your legs forward yet. Put your arms up as high as you can. OK, now go forward and open up. Good. And we are going to let go with your hands, bring them above your head. And it is going to flip you around. Good. Now we will go up inside and hook your knees. Good. And arch through, stretch your back, grab the dead end and arch through. Try to stretch as much as you can; lock your hands up. OK. And now you you are going to let go of the dead end, reach up, hands up nice and high, push your hips high up into the air and arch back. Good, and then you are going to stand up. We are going to un-cross the tissue, let them un-cross, not behind them and then straddle. Both hands on the front one, and lead with your pinky toe. Two, and one more, three. OK, stretch that out. And then we are going to roll out. One, two, three. Stretch your splits. Good. And we are going to stand up and you are going to unwrap one leg at a time. Get it over, no, in front and then push with the other toe. And under hand down. OK. And this is the aerial silks or tissue. A sequence that we did and you can learn this at your local circus center or local aerial acrobatics center.
