yes yet the gracie system of fighting has its downfall, if u cannot get ur hands on ur resistance... a swift pile of kicks n sprawls will piss off most grapplers.... now, u need be all round up n down... they dont say Mixed for nuthing..

Thanks man. That's pretty cool. He makes it all *seem* pretty simple, and you can tell that essentially the takedown relies on technique over power. Which is why Royce didn't get beat down by Pat Whusshisname (the cocky schmuck from UFC2).
