To do a side Y facing outside the cercle, you need to kneel down. Push well on the grips with your arms strait and come and put your legs underneath yourself on the horse. Then turn towards the right side, fold your right leg while holding the left grip with your left hand. Take your right foot with your right hand. Stretch your leg up in the air to do like a Y. You must hold yourself strait. For those who our more flexible with their left leg, it’s exactly the same, but facing the inside of the circle.
