Rescue workers rush to carry away the injured and dying, after a deadly gun attack in southwest Pakistan.
Gunmen killed at least 26 people here, opening fire on a bus carrying more than 50 Shi'ite pilgrims travelling to Iran.
Police say four assailants attacked the bus from all sides, before boarding the vehicle and continuing their shooting spree.
At hospitals in Quetta near where the attack took place the injured were treated, and the dead identified by their bloodstained passports.
Local residents mourned the dead during a funeral ceremony for the victims.
The Shi'ite minority was also the target of a deadly attack on August 31st, when at least 10 were killed in a suicide bombing near Quetta.
Officials have not yet been able to determine who was behind Wednesday's attack.
