I have got to assume Sammy is Sammy Davis Jr, F.S. is Frank Sinatra and I am sure this belonged to Sammy Davis Jr. It is a story that, the guy I got it from, he helped Sammy Davis Jr when he was moving and Sammy gave him this watch. How could I substantiate it? Probably by looking in photographs of Sammy Davis Jr and Frank. Judging from the style and Noel, Frank was a very cool guy, this is the watch from Sammy Davis Jr.
