    Fulfill Your Commitments, Feel Good About Yourself

    It's important that we fulfill our commitments. If we are tired or lazy and, as a result, choose to not do what we have promised to do, we let other people down and we let ourselves down. We degrade ourselves in the process, we weaken our message, we disrespect ourselves and others, we increase our guilt, shame and self-loathing, and open ourselves up to more self-sabotaging behaviors in the future. Best we not go there. If we have let things slide, best we seize the opportunity to fulfill our commitments and make things right.
