How to read Al-hamza

Al-Hamza should be pronounced along with the Harakah that comes
with it wherever it is written. That means that either Al-Hamza is written on
top of or underneath another letter or even found by itself, the reader is
supposed to pronounce only Al-Hamza along with its Harakah.
