The Men of the Year - according to British GQ Magazine - assembled on the red carpet for the publication's award ceremony in London, representing fashion, music, sport, literature and cinema.
Irish rocker Bono and U2, declared Band of the Year, shared the limelight with 80's music icons Duran Duran who were honoured with a Lifetime Achievement award.
"The Hangover" star Bradley Cooper briefly graced the red carpet with a touch of Hollywood glamour on his way to pick up his accolade for International Man.

"Yeah, I never thought that my work at the International House of Pancakes in Philly bring such dividends years later, you guys really did your research. Little IHOP joke. No? Okay."
But the night belonged to legendary Rolling Stone Keith Richards who was presented the Writer of the Year award by Johnny Depp for his best-selling autobiography, "Life", a warts-and-all account of his life as a rock'n'roll hellraiser.
Hellraiser or not, Richards remained modest ahead of the ceremony about the secret behind his memoir's global success.

Other celebrity presenters at the event included actresses and models Emma Watson and Charlize Theron and writer Salman Rushdie, while British actor Bill Nighy received an Editor's Special award.
