Balloon Art: How to Make Dolphin? - as part of the expert series by GeoBeats. Now what we are going to do is we are going to make a dolphin. You are going to need two balloons for the dolphin. Maybe about an inch of the end, tying a knot on the other, leaving a loop big enough for another balloon to go right through to middle of that so, if it is big enough for that to go through, you are in good standings. Tie a similar loop on the other side. A little half inch to one inch bubble there. That is the first part. The second part, usually a lighter colored balloon. Blow up the second color all the way. We are going to fold it in half and run your thumb up the inside and that is going to give you the halfway point here where you twist. That twist is going to go 3 to 4 inch down from the end of the balloon and the other two parts get tucked into the balloon. And then, you have got to give it a little bend to give it a dolphin-like, leaping out of the water look. Twist the tail on. And then, for the last part of the accents, what we are going to do is we are going to put a bend in it. So, you fold the balloon over like this. You going to bend it like you are pitching a baby's cheek and go, low, so cute. Well, like that and on the inside, you are going to do exactly the same thing. A little marker detail. And now, you have a fully adjustable dolphin hat.
