    N. Korea seeks foreign help for controversial resort

    North Korea's Mount Kumgang was once a thriving resort and symbol of cross-border cooperation between Seoul and Pyongyang. But tours ground to a halt when a S. Korean tourist was shot dead by a N. Korean soldier when she strayed into a restricted zone in 2008.
