Ingredients- 150 gm rajma boiled 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 medium onions 1 inch ginger 6 garlic pods 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 2 tomatoes 2 green chillies 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1/4 tsp turmeric powder Few coriander leaves 1 cup water 3-4 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation- Heat the oil. Add the cumin seeds, onions, tomatoes and mix well. Add garlic, ginger and mix well. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, boiled rajma and water. Mash well, add salt and let it cook for sometime. Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves.
