Ingredients- For moong dal: 1 cup moong dal 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 green chilli 1 tomato 1 green chilli 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp garlic 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp criander leaves 1 cup water 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation- Pressure cook the moong dal with turmeric powder and a green chilli. In a saucepan add oil, cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, tomato and mix well. Add red chilli powder, boiled dal, water and let it cook. Add salt and let it cook for sometime. Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves.
