Ingredients - 2 bowls peas 2 green chillies 1/2 inch ginger 1 tbsp coriander leaves 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste For paratha: 2 bowls wheat flour 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste Preparation - Mix the wheat flour with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, water and make a dough out of it For the stuffing of the paratha mix the peas, coriander leaves, , ginger, green chillies, salt and mix well. Place the paratha on the saucepan and roast it with a little bit of oil on either sides. Serve hot with a generous portion of butter and curds.
