Ingredients - For paratha: 1 bowl wheat flour 2 tbsp ghee Salt to taste Preparation - Mix a tbsp of wheatflour with a little ghee and keep aside the mixture. Mix the wheat flour with salt, water and make a dough out of it. For the stuffing of the paratha take one roundal of the dough and place the already prepared mixture on it.Fold the roundal as shown in the video. Place the paratha on the saucepan and roast it with a little bit of ghee on either sides. Serve hot with a huge portion of ghee(clarified butter).
