Ingredients - 1 bowl wheat flour 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp ghee Preparation - Mix the wheat flour with salt, water and make a dough out of it. For the stuffing of the paratha take one roundel of the dough and place sugar and ghee on it.Fold the roundel as shown in the video. Place the paratha on the saucepan and roast it with a little bit of ghee on either sides. Serve hot with a huge portion of ghee(clarified butter).
