Ingredients - 250 gm paneer 200 gm fresh cream Puree of 2 tomatoes 2 tbsp dry kasuri methi 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 green chilli 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 2-3 tbsp butter or oil Salt to taste Preparation - Melt the butter, add the chilli, tomato puree, dry kasuri methi and mix well. Add the dry spices - red chilli powder, garam masala, cinnamon powder, cream and mix well. Add the paneer and mix well. Add salt. Serve hot and enjoy with cooked rice or roti.
