Ingredients - 250 gm paneer 3 onions Puree of 2 tomatoes 1 long piece of ginger 1 green chilli 1/2 cup cream 2 tbsp oil 1/2 cup yoghurt 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp mint leaves 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 cup milk Salt to taste Preparation - Heat the oil, add the onion, green chilli, ginger, tomato puree and mix well. Add the dry spices -turmeric powder, garam masala, mint leaves, paneer, milk, yoghurt, salt and mix well. Add the cream and red chilli powder Serve hot and enjoy with cooked rice or roti.
