Ingredients - 200 gm paneer 1/4 tsp cumin seeds 2 green chillies 1 small onion 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 inch ginger 1 green chilli 1 tsp garlic paste 1/2 cup water 1 medium tomato 1 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation - Heat the oil, add the cumin seeds, onions, turmeric powder, green chilli, ginger, garlic, tomatoes and mix well. Add the dry spices - garam masala, salt, paneer and mix well. Serve hot, garnish with cilantro and enjoy with cooked rice or roti.
