Ingredients - 3 potatoes half cooked 1/2 cup green peas 1/2 cup yoghurt 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 onion 3 tomatoes 2 green chillies 1 inch ginger 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation - Heat the oil. Add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and mix well. To make a paste - onion, ginger, green chilli and grind it. Add the paste to the pan. Add the dry spices to the pan - coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and mix well. Add the tomatoes, peas, potatoes, salt, yoghurt and let it cook. Add water. Serve hot. Garnish with carrot sticks.
