Ingredients - 2 bunches spinach 4 pods of garlic 1 inch ginger 2 onions 2 green chillies 2 potatoes 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp cumin powder 3-4 tbsp fresh cream 3 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation - To make a paste-add the onions, garlic, spinach, ginger and run it through the food processer. Heat the oil. Add to the pan - cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and the spinach paste. Add the potatoes, salt, little water and cook for sometime. Add the cream and the cinnamon powder. Serve hot. Serve with hot rotis.
