MOVE TO CBEYOND WAS A GOOD ONE!!! Since the installation, I don't know of any incidence we've had where we've lost telephony. So I would say that the move to Cbeyond was a good one. I think having Cbeyond providing our telephone service has given us a certain peace of mind that we didn't have with our previous vendor

EASIER TO BUDGET MY COSTS AND TIME!! I am not restricted by voice or electronic messages to my customers as I am more accessible. I save on tranportation costs, on automobile and air travel. I can budget my costs and time easier to make my work load more effective. I can schedule my activities easier by communication better. I have not come upon a situation where Cbeyond was not able to address it quickly, appropriately and efficiently.
