This is the first in a series of video tutorials documenting my pursuit of being able to perform muscle-ups. With a history of a torn bicep tendon, and shoulder issues this won't be an easy task, but I'm determined to master this challenging exercise, however long it takes... and I want to record my progress so that others can benefit from it.

This first episode is simply a series of progressions for the chin up, for those who cannot perform bodyweight chin ups yet. Next time I'll start with the most basic progression toward a muscle-up.
