While the European Union has been careening from one crisis to another, in the heart of Europe tiny Switzerland has become a safe haven. Investors worldwide are buying up Swiss francs, making the currency stronger and stronger.Many Swiss firms are now actually grumbling about the export business. That's because the strong franc is making Swiss goods more expensive abroad.
