The investigation is over and still nobody has been found responsible - and the sorrow and despair of the bereaved remains. On 24 July 2010, 21 people lost their lives at the Love Parade music festival in the Ruhr Valley town of Duisburg, after being crushed when panic broke out in the large crowd.
