    Sofitel Macau recently introduced their first Michelin starred chef program, starting with Chef William Frachot, from Dijon in France, introducing the art of French gastronomy. The six-day programme provided an opportunity to attend a champagne luncheon followed by a 2-hour master class, or to participate in a five-course wine pairing dinner at the Black Galaxy Mansion at Sofitel. Macau Kitchen went along for a special demonstration.
