Kundalini Yoga - Balanced Posture - part of the women's fitness video series by GeoBeats. Hi, I am Kelly with Karuna Yoga. We are going to take a balancing posture today, which helps with our focus and our concentration. And this is also very good for brain balance, because it is going to help the connection with the right and the left brain. Yeah? So start with the feet hip-width distance, arms by your side. We are going to bend the knees slightly, take our eyes and look at something on the ground just ahead, eyes on one point. Now shift the weight slowly over to your left side. You are going to bend into that left knee, sit back into the hips, wrap your right leg around. If you need your toe on the ground, no problem. And slowly take your arms out to the sides. Keep your eyes on that one point, keep breathing, take right arm underneath left and palms together. And just take two wonderful breaths here, in through nose, and out through nose. Concentrated grounded present. Breathe in, and breathe out. Wonderful, release the arms, release the leg. Stand nice and tall. Breathe in, and breathe out.
