"Sambhar in Bandhavgarh National Park. Sambhar is a large deer native to southern and southeast Asia. The antlers are typically up to 110 centimetres (43 in) long in fully adult individuals. Sambar are nocturnal or crepuscular, with the males living alone for much of the year, and the females living in small herds.
