A senior transport official Siim Kallas said the measures will beef up security by increasing coordination among EU countries. SOUNDBITE (ENGLISH) SIIM KALLAS, EU TRANSPORT OFFICIAL: "We must streamline the exchange of information between member states. We need to inform each other quickly of specific threats and whenever emergency measures are taken." Kallas says the changes have been designed so they don't cripple the aviation industry.
