In this new series of videos I will be recording my training progress as I pursue a few of my fitness and performance goals, such as getting legitimate 6-pack abs, performing a single leg 'pistol' squat, muscle-ups, and a 600 lb deadlift.
I will then post these training video updates as exercise tutorials for my viewers. If you have any suggestions for exercise / training tutorials, please let me know (in the comments section) and I might take on your idea as well!
