Turn to the left, left leg behind, right leg in front. All of the weight in the left leg. Both hands out in front of you. You want to sink into the left leg and the right foot is going to come across from the left hand to the right hand. Only bring the right leg up as high as you are able to do while controlling the movement.
So sink into the left leg, the right foot comes up and across. Set it down gently. Drop the hands down to the side. Shift the weight into the right leg sinking down. And it is almost like you are picking up a stick on the side and holding it up in front of you, and both hands are in fists. And this completes the segment.
