This was where I lived for over 20 years in Southern California. When you watch this music video you can see where I worked on the oil rig and road my bike on Santa Monica pier all the time. Wonderful times were spent in Malibu, as well. I use to play at the Malibu Inn and spend much time with my dogs on the beaches and canyons. We shot the performance at SIR in Nashville, with Slim Stephenson (bass), Mike Pachelli (acoustic guitar), Carrie Glenn (Hammond B3) and Joe Dorn (drums). This song is from my new album "Life's An Illusion." I was inspired by the southern California theme where I lived for over 20 years. I directed and edited this music video. Shot with Canon 5Dmkii and Canon T2i, as well as, minimal 35mm film from my Arri IIC. Lens used included: Zeiss Compact Primes CP2 and Canon L Series lenses. Amy Lynn Larwig (makeup artist). Jared Ruso (camera operator), Brett Pausina (camera operator) for stage shots. I shot the other footage, and a few clips of stock footage.
