Scientists discover 515 million old fossilised eyes

Madrid, 1 Jul (EFE).- An international team of researchers on the Kangaroo Island, Australia have found seven eye fossils over 515 million years old. The eyes were highly complex, were made up of over 3,000 small lenses and belonged to an unknown marine arthropod similar to a shrimp.
