The Equimex Horizontal Slicer HS 500-3 is very suitable to slice open chicken breast meat. The chicken fillets in this video still have their wing bone attached to the fillet. The product produced is called a Chicken Supreme and after the Horizontal Slicer HS 500-3 it can be stuffed with all sorts of things, like ham and cheese, carlic butter, etc.
