We are going to take our feet wider than the hips. We are going to turn our left toes out to the sides. Now we are going to move dynamically. Meaning, we are going to bend down to this left knee, it is going to go just a little bit ahead of the ankle. And then we are going to draw back, I mean just a little bit behind the ankle. But before we do let's straighten the legs, let's take that right arm back and that left arm forward. So we can look pass the left hand, we exhale bend the knee, we inhale come back. And lets keep it going. So as we breathe, we root down through the feet, we lift through the inner belly, so we are supported. And we are so confident and feeling strong. Good, lets take 3 more. 1, and 2, good and 3. Inhale straight legs, straight arms. And exhale down.
