The Phil Campbell convention started 16 years ago and currently includes 22 Phils and one Phyllis Campbell. In April, a tornado ripped through the town killing dozens of people and destroying nearly half the homes. Phils from all over the world responded with tools and fundraisers to start rebuilding their adopted town.
