One question I am asked is 'what works with short or long hair?' and the answer is 'it all works'. It depends on the shape of the bride's head and also the dress that they are wearing and what is appropriate. So it does not really matter whether you have short or long hair to what looks best.
So well just to give you an idea here is a short veil. And because LOD is fairly short, I probably would never push her in a really long veil because she will look even shorter. So that answers that question. And this is 2 layers and this is, I think more than long enough when you are not that tall.
This is my student and she has long hair and is quiet tall, and so long veil would easily work. But again it depends on your dress as to what length veil you would use and also what kind of wedding you are going to have.
