The Lokpal team met again in Delhi today, but the differences between the two only got bigger. There was no consensus, and now there will be two different versions of the Lokpal Bill. One will be presented by the civil society side and the other one by the government. The question that we're asking today is: was the Lokpal Bill doomed from the start, and who is the civil society?
