    Today Pacific Legal Foundation argued, at a hearing before the San Francisco Court of Appeal, that the California Coastal Commission lacks the power to delay a local community's clean up efforts. The Citizens For a Better Eureka have been fighting to see a polluted waste site cleaned up, but the Commission stands in the way. From the questions the judges asked, it seems clear that the Court is taking the Citizen's concerns seriously. Now we await a decision.
