http://tiny.ly/YHPx We hear a lot about affirmations in the self development world and even if we do not fully understand them, breaking the word down affirm, to give something or someone power in our mind, we endorse that thought whether good or bad, I am stupid, my boss hates me, I am hopeless. Action is the second part we keep doing it over and over again until he get the thought into our minds as a solid belief, then the action follows. I need three cigarettes or five cups of coffee before I can do anything.

Not true as not everybody in the world does that, but when you believe it to be true you will feel terrible every morning, you will wake up expecting to feel bad, because that is who you are. Change your thoughts, to undo your beliefs and your actions will change.
Just think how great you will feel in the morning.
