Omar Khayyam was an outstanding Persian mathematician, scientist, astronomer, philosopher and above all a Poet for these reasons Madrid's Complutense University has unveiled a statue to celebrate and honor his genius, with the presence of Iranian Ambassador Morteza Saffari.
