The agreement will give the UN access to recruitment and training centres, as World News reports. PKG: UN official Radhika Coomaraswamy spoke about the new agreement upon returning to New York from Afghanistan this week. The deal, reached with the Afghan government, allows the UN access to both the training centers, barracks and other stations of the security forces for verification and monitoring. It also includes a plan to reintegrate children once they are released from serving in the security forces.
