This is the fifth video in the series of Makar Sankranti satsang 2010. The auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti was celebrated in Gurumaa Ashram on the 14th of January 2010 with a special satsang by Anandmurti Gurumaa. Sadhaks and devotees came for this festive event in huge numbers to have Darshan and blessings of the Master. This entire video has been divided into 7 parts. Each part encapsulates some important, thought-provoking points which Gurumaa brought up in the course of the satsang. Sharing a beautiful story from the life of the mystic Kabir, Gurumaa narrated how when inner discrimination dawns, outward things lose their glitter and glamour. Speaking in the same vein about a recent visit to two mahatmas, Gurumaa mentioned her experiences and with great humility, questioned that what can we gift such people? They are emperors of the inner kingdom. Thus it is important to realize that things indeed have their utility, but only up to a point. Once you watch this, do continue with the sixth video in this series where Gurumaa outlines how to cultivate wisdom.
