Brazil's beach town of Angra dos Reis is a tourist draw, with its pristine beaches and diving, but it is also the home of Brazil's only nuclear power plant. Two reactors serve the Rio de Janeiro state, and a third is under construction. In the wake of the Japan quake and nuclear crisis, state-owned Electronuclear has set out new security measures. But environmental groups are still calling for the plant -- the most developed nuclear power station in Latin America -- to be shut down. A voiced AFPTV report.
