President Rafael Correa is putting 10 questions to Ecuadorean voters on Saturday in a referendum which could have a profound impact on the judiciary, business and media. Correa, a leftwing ally of Venezuela's Hugo Chavez, argues the changes will modernise Ecuador, but others say they would give him excessive power.
