Hi, I'm Brenna, this is Heather. We're here at Bend Yoga Studio. We're now going to demonstrate Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, also known as Bridge Pose. To begin have your feet hip distance apart and arms down by your sides and move your heels just until you're touching your fingertips. And then as Heather inhales, she's going to lift her hips up off of the ground and then essentially starting to wiggle around a little bit until she interlaces her fingers underneath her, walking her shoulders closer and closer together. As she remains in the pose, she'll press into the inner edges of her feet and going to lift her hips even higher, and now press down into the outer edges of your arms and your shoulders lifting your hips even higher.
