Exercise 2 - Clean Press & Squat x 5 reps @ 20kgs/44lbs, do 3 sets with 30 seconds rest between sets 1 and 2. There is no rest between set 3 and Exercise 3 Barbell Curls Exercise 3 - Barbell Curls x 9 reps @ 20kgs/44lbs, do one set immediately after 3rd set of exercise 2.
