To create a FTP account, select the FTP Accounts icon in the Files category of your cPanel hosting. There are several FTP accounts that have been setup previously.
In the Login box type a login name. Then add a password and re-enter the password .Within the Directory box, if the user is to only have access to the /demo directory and all folders within it, leave “/demo” in the directory box or if the user is to have access to the entire website, delete everything after the forward slash "/". Then select the Create button. A display will appear verifying that the FTP Account has been added.
You may return to FTP Accounts page to add FTP accounts, modify quotas, change privileges, or delete them.
