Hi, I'm Linda with Fitness 19, and I'm going to show how you how to do a Sumo Squat, or you can call it a Plie squat. You want to have a dumbbell between your hands. You're going to go all the way down like a 90 degree angle, keep that dumbbell to the floor, press back up. Press with your heels, not your toes, because you want all that force to go up through your heels to your glutes and your hamstrings. You want to go all the way down, back up. You want to try to do at least 2 sets of 12 to 15 repetitions. If you're little bit more advanced, then you can go all the way down, back up on your toes, and then all the way back down. Back on your toes, and down. And that's how you do a Sumo Squat.
